Commissioning a Custom STL File (3D Model Only)
Timeline: ~1–3 weeks

Submit the Interest Form
Fill out the Google form with your character reference, preferred contact method, and select “STL file only” as your request.Initial Contact & First Payment
I’ll message you within a few days to confirm details (accessories, etc.). Once we agree on everything, you’ll pay the first half of the total price.3D Modeling & Revisions
Within a week or two, I’ll send preview images of the model. You can request changes (within reason such as longer hair, new accessories, etc.).Final Delivery & Payment_
Once you’re happy with the final design, you’ll send the final payment and receive the STL file

Commissioning a Full Custom Figure (Printed & Painted)
Timeline: ~1–2 months

Submit the Interest Form
Fill out the Google form with your character reference, preferred contact method, and select “Full physical figure” as your request.Initial Contact & First Payment
I’ll message you within a few days to confirm details (accessories, etc.). Once we agree on everything, you’ll pay the first third of the total price.3D Modeling & Revisions
I’ll send you photos of the 3D model within a few days to a few weeks. You can request design changes (within reason).
Once you approve the design, you’ll receive the STL file and pay the second third of the total cost.Printing & Paint Prep
I’ll print the figure. After printing, major changes can’t be made. Before I begin painting, I’ll confirm the final color palette with you.Final Touches & Shipping Payment
Once painting is complete, I’ll send you photos for final approval. Minor tweaks can still be made before I seal the figure. Then, you’ll provide your shipping details and pay the final cost (to cover shipping).Shipping

Shipping Policy

Where I Ship:
I currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States only.
At this time, I do not offer international shipping outside these regions.Shipping Costs:
Shipping is not included in the commission price and will be calculated based on your location and preferred shipping method (tracked or untracked). You’ll receive a shipping quote once your figure is complete, before the final payment is due.Delivery Options:
Tracked Shipping (Recommended): Includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Untracked Shipping (Canada only): Lower cost

Within Canada: 3–10 business days

All figures are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can figure out next steps together.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of my figures, I do not offer full refunds.Throughout each stage of the process, I’ll send updates and previews so you have plenty of chances to request changes. For physical figures, please make sure to share any concerns before I ship the final figure, as I cannot make changes or offer refunds once the item has been sent.I’ll always let you know what can or can’t be changed at each step and I’ll do my best to work with you along the way.
